Client & business goals

The client came to us with a growing business that needed a reliable digital product and a partner able to support its growth for years to come.

  • Give the client a modern site that reflects the brand positioning and builds trust with new visitors.
  • Simplify the user journey from first contact with the product to a request or purchase.
  • Build a technical foundation that is easy to extend and maintain long-term.

The challenges

The project started from a legacy site that performed poorly on mobile and struggled under load during peak traffic. The client's team found it hard to make changes on their own — even small edits required a developer.

An added constraint was a narrow migration window: the business couldn't afford downtime, so the move to a new platform had to happen without losing data, traffic, or search rankings.

The solution

We designed and built a new platform from the ground up, focusing on load speed, the mobile experience, and simple self-service content editing through a clear admin.

The migration was staged, with an intermediate environment for validating data and SEO parameters, letting us cut over the domain to the new version with zero downtime and no loss in search rankings.
